About Me

Hello Hello my beautiful people, my name is Grace -- a certified personal trainer, nutritional therapy practitioner, and a passionate advocate for holistic health, strength, and self-compassion. I help people reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and feel empowered both in and out of the gym.

My journey into fitness started as a way to feel in control of my body. Over the years, it’s grown into something much deeper. I’ve been through the extremes, from pushing myself to the limit as a bodybuilding competitor to learning the hard way that true health isn’t just about what you see in the mirror.

Stepping on stage was a powerful milestone, but it also taught me one of the most important lessons of my life thus far: I care far more about longevity, vitality, and how I feel on the inside than chasing an aesthetic ideal. After my last show, my body spoke loudly, it took TEN MONTHS for my menstrual cycle to return. That moment shifted everything. I began choosing rest over restriction, nourishment over numbers, and internal health over external praise.

Through that healing process, I came to understand this truth for myself: How you care for yourself internally reflects everything about how you show up externally. Your energy, your confidence, your glow, it all starts from within.

Now, I help my clients tap into that same mindset. Body image is a real part of the journey, but it’s not the whole journey. I guide people through movement, mindset, and nourishment practices that don’t just change the body, but transform the relationship they have with their bodies.
